Can I get a mortgage in Spain as a non-resident?

Yes. Spanish banks finance non-residents, typically up to 60-70% of the purchase price. We support you to optimise your file and secure the best possible rate.

What down payment is needed to buy in Spain?

For a non-resident, expect at least 30 to 40% of the purchase price, plus around 10 to 12% in acquisition fees. We assess your situation on a case-by-case basis.

How long does it take to get a loan?
