We come from the Alveo Search group and have been supporting French-speaking buyers in Spain for more than 10 years. Alveo Finance was created to give them a broker dedicated to financing, based in the heart of Valencia and in daily contact with banks, notaries and valuers.

The first video call is free and without obligation. After that, two amounts confirmed in writing before we start: a €500 processing fee, then a success fee of 1.15% of the amount financed, with a minimum of €3,490. Never any surprise fees at the notary.
